A Dangerous Mission in a Contested Zone

The Armored Transports quest does not take place in a quiet or isolated area. Instead, it sends you to Checkpoint on Blue Gate, one of the most active and dangerous zones in the game.

This location is packed with threats, including:

Powerful ARC enemies such as Bastions

Mobile Rocketeer units

Other hostile raiders are competing for the same loot

On top of that, the quest introduces a major complication: limited availability of quest items and locked vehicles. If other players reach the objectives first, they can deplete the area before you even arrive.

That means speed, awareness, and efficiency are critical.

Step 1: Reach Checkpoint on Blue Gate

Your first objective is simple but risky: make your way to the Checkpoint area on Blue Gate.

Once you arrive, avoid rushing straight into the center. Instead, take a moment to observe enemy movement patterns and scout the perimeter. This zone is often heavily patrolled, and reckless entry can quickly lead to elimination.

Your first destination within the area is located in the southwestern section of the checkpoint, where several guard towers stand.

Step 2: Search the Guard Towers for a Patrol Car Key

The key item required for this quest-the Patrol Car Key-is not guaranteed in a fixed location and is not exclusive to the quest itself.

Instead, you'll need to search one of the guard towers in the southwest portion of Checkpoint.

Inside at least one of these towers, you will find:

A stack of magazines or documents

An interactable object that spawns the Patrol Car Key

Once you interact with it, the Patrol Car Key will appear. Be sure to pick it up immediately and store it in your Safe Pocket to avoid losing it if you die.

However, be aware: other players may also be searching the same towers, so speed is essential.

Step 3: Head to the Traffic Tunnels

After securing the key, your next destination is the Traffic Tunnels, located in the northeastern part of Checkpoint.

This area serves as the main entry point for armored vehicle access and is typically just as dangerous as ARCR Coins the surface zone above.
